Rent (each room) is $850/month and $50/month utility fee (total cost of $900/month). Total costs for move-in costs is 2-months of rent (1st month rent and 1 month rent for deposit). There is an application process. The landlord is looking for someone with good credit score (about 700), an income 3x rent (~$2700/month), and clean background check.
