Room has a separate balcony. In unit Washer/dryer. Off street parking. Community has a small gym and 2 pools. All utilities(power, gas, wifi) including professional cleaning(for room and bathroom) every 3-4 weeks is included in rent. Rent is $1250/mo. Will need first month’s rent with security deposit $1250. $75 move in fee. Background check will be done for additional $50. Term is for a 12 months lease to start with the option to extend after the term or month to month for a temp situation can be considered. 
I have 2 cats so must be ok with that. Not suitable to add another pet to the home. It will be me in the other room. 
As a roommate, I am looking for someone who is a working professional, clean, respectful, friendly. Would like someone closer in age. Non smoking. I would like someone who respects each other’s privacy but also cordial and wanting to create a good living space. Plus if very good with cats.
