3 Bedrooms, 2 large and one small. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath, ain't we fancy. Master Bath has dueling sinks, think deliverance (most of you don't know what I'm talking about...research it) and a large shower, enough to invite several farm animals to hang out. The 2 Largest Bedrooms can easily accommodate a King Size Bed and the small only a twin. The Bedroom was last used as a Office and was wired up with a 1 Gig optical internet line. Each bedroom has closets with above storage for luggage or items used only once a year.
Also there is Both a Large Living Room and Dining Room, but we don't want to really label them let them become whatever they wish to become. Each is prewired for Fios. Live dangerously switch the names make one a bedroom make one an office or better yet a workout room. The rooms won't care. I don't believe in labels unless it's with a label maker. There is a Eat in Kitchen (You may ask what is an Eat In kitchen, I can be glib and say if you eat in the kitchen then it's a eat in kitchen. But actually, there is room for a table and chairs. We even have a kitchen sink and we even added appliances inside the apartment what a deal and you won't see that statement in anyones else's ad. All Kitchen appliances are a steel, stainless steel that is, Five burner Gas Convection Oven, a Dishwasher other than your better half, and a Microwave for all those dinners that, well you actually didn't cook but had delivered. And between you and me isn't that most of the time. Also a Washer and Dryer with a small utility sink. . 
So what you get is not one, not two, but three bedrooms. One bedroom is currently being used as a office with a T1 internet line. You have 3 non gender specific bedrooms non specific living room and dinning room, eat in kitchen, 2 full baths including large shower and the small bath with a deep soaking tub. All with rain shower heads as you know when it rains it pours, I groan for you. 
So to sum up. Inside the apartment you will be amazed we have appliances inside the apartment, Yes we have a Glass Convection Range. The refrigerator is a French Door how do you know its French, its hangs out with cigarette dangling from the door, say "I do not care for this, I am French I never care". Which reminds me, must remind the refrigerator that we are a none smoking building. There is a microwave and luckily for you its to heat up the leftover pizza that picked for dinner at the pizzeria two doors from us.
When your better half is whining we do have a Wine Store just around the block, god knows after this past year no reason to hide it you know you're going to partake.
Around the corner are Restaurants, A Medical office for the physical that one may need after sitting at your kitchen table for the past year. Also a Hair and Nail Salon for those nail emergencies yes, I Nailed It. And a Pharmacy can't beat that. There is a small supermarket a block away and major supermarket a 1/4 mile away as well as 40 plus restaurants in a 5 block radius, as long as they stay in business crossing fingers as well as two other pharmacies all with blocks of our home. In short the Neighborhood is a Walkers Paradise.
Oh yes Tenants pay for stuff, like electric, gas, internet and cable. We pay Water and Hot Water.
