The vacation rental home features a newer sunny deck with built in benches, secluded setting (end of cul-de-sac and the home backs up to forest), brand new kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a badminton court and horseshoes in the summer and a great snow play area for kids in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids with two bunk sets, twin bed, and a TV with DVD. The dog friendly beach, Watermans Landing, is located about 1 mile away, great hiking and biking trails from the cabin including the Tahoe Rim Trail.
In the winter, there is only parking for two to three cars. There is additional parking, with notice, available at Agate Bay Realty.
All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TVs with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
