~Any maintenance or damages to the unit during the guest(s) stay must be reported immediately.
~Must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Desert Princess HOA and city ordinances. Guest(s) will be financially responsible for any and all occurrences of violations to the rules and regulations.
~Guest(s) will be responsible for any and all liabilities, financial and/ or otherwise, when the property is not ready for the next guest(s) due to required excessive cleaning, destroyed item(s), the property not being habitable and to restore the property to its habitable state.
~Notice will be given via a telephone call, text(messaging) or email to show the premises to actual or prospective purchasers or prospective tenants 24 hours before showing unless guest(s) agrees to less than 24 hour notice.

The Mountain View Grille at Desert Princess offers a comfortable ambiance with a full bar complete with stunning views of the gorgeous golf course set by the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges.
