The house has plantation shutters throughout, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a living room, dining room, sun room for reading, and an office. There is also an all weather porch overlooking the large back fenced in yard with an outside area for enjoying a BBQ with friends under the trees. 
The eat in kitchen, is equipped with state of- the-art appliances. 
Visiting friends or family with children are always welcome.
This is beautiful 2/2 private home in SW Ocala, FL- in a 55 and over Country Club community. One person living in this house must be 55 years or older. 
This is a smoke free house with room for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. 
We will allow one housebroken/ well mannered small dog as we have a fenced back yard.
There will be a non refundable cleaning fee of $250.00 and a dog deposit (if needed) of $150.00 
Internet, utilities and TV are included in your monthly rental fee. The use of all the amenities are also included except for resident golf fees.
