ABOUT THE PLACE: House is very spacious and in a very safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It’s just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix but in an exclusive and safe suburb away from the urban mess – in fact we moved back to the West Valley suburbs where we lived up until 26 years ago to be in a nice, clean and safe area again – without paying exorbitant prices. With three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) just a couple miles away in three different directions, navigating anywhere in the Valley of the Sun is pleasantly convenient!

• You may upgrade or downgrade to a lower or higher rate room (different size, amenities, etc.) at any time during your lease without penalty!
• Your choice of trial lease: Pro-rated month (4-6 weeks) with 1-week departure notice -- OR -- Take introductory 10% off each month with 3-month lease and 1-month departure notice
• If remaining past trial, lease of 6 months or longer may be signed at end of trial month at guaranteed standard rate (shown above)
• Shorter leases available w/surcharge: 3-month add 10% or month-to-month add 15%
