I’m renting out a beautiful, nearly brand-new 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located at 9313 Marchand Ave in Garden Grove. It was built just a year ago, features a spacious 1,200 sq. ft. layout, and is located in a very quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood.
My last tenants were students who recently moved out after their one-year lease ended, and this time around, I am hoping to find a nice, stable family who wants to settle down here for the long term.

The Location: We are in a fantastic spot for daily life. You can easily walk to Gilbert Elementary School, which is wonderful if you have young kids. We are about 10 minutes from Rodeo 39 Public Market and Koreatown, and only 15 minutes away from Disneyland. Access to both the 22 and 405 freeways is just a few minutes away.
