Pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a one-time $250 per pet fee and a $3 per week pet fee. Breeds of dogs that are not permitted by the insurance company: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, and wolf hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita. No Dire Wolves either. No aggressive animal rule is at the landlord's determination regardless of the breed. Due to carpet throughout esa animals are not permitted and any damage from a declared service animal will result in the tenant being financial responsible for the damage and an eviction in compliance with the ADA act. A service animal is trained to perform a specific task for the individual, an Emotional Support Animal has no such training. 
No Smoking inside the house.
 The renter is responsible for all utilities - Utilities must be in the renter's name before move-in - if move-in is on a weekend, must be completed on the following business day.
