The rent is $1400. The deposit is $1800 or ~ 400 with Obligo. There is also a non-refundable background check fee of up to $55 per adult which must be paid at time of submission. A 620 credit score is preferred, but we will consider down to 580 with explanations. Foreclosure and bankruptcies considered with explanation.
