-Once you submit your application you will receive an email asking that you approve and pay for the background screening which is $30. Please be sure to check your email. If you do not approve and pay for the background screening we cannot proceed with the application process.
-A $40 application fee will be collected once you have been approved for the unit along with the security deposit which is $1100 first months rent which is $950.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Three months of paystubs or other proof of income
2. Six months or more job experience in Orlando
3. Minimum income requirement of 2.5 times the rent
4. No evictions within the past 10 years
5. Criminal records must contain no felony convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, firearms, the illegal manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance within the past seven years and no sexual offenses ever.
6. No pets allowed
7. No smoking inside the apartments
8. You will need $950 + $1100 deposit + $70 app fee. Each adult who will live in the unit must apply and go through background and credit screening.
