Currently comes furnished with a couch, TV, full bed, table and chair - but we’re happy to remove anything if future tenants want to furnish themselves. Access to shared washer/dryer with my boyfriend and I (who live on the top floor), and designated parking spot. Also access to fenced-in backyard (including grill and smoker) if you come with a pet or like to cook. Cats and dogs welcome, additional $50 per month per pet.
House is located in a beautiful neighborhood, low-traffic with tons of lakes that make for pretty walks/runs. Also walking distance from Bennetts Farm State Park. Convenient to Ridgefield (8 mins) and Danbury (15 mins).
Rent does not include utilities, which consists of 1/3 of the electric bill.
