6. Rent payment. We accept rent payment online only. It's a very easy process and saves time for everyone. You can either withdraw from your bank account (free) or use a debit or credit card ($40 fee).

2. FEE. Pay $40 application fee for each applicant in person (cash) or online. This covers credit check, background check, and application review process. 
3. VISIT. Tour the house. Required for each adult applicant. See below for Open House times.
