- Previous rental history is required to be considered for tenancy.
- We do not accept evictions/previous judgments.
- 2 or more years at your job. Verifiable continuous employment or income is important.
- Your monthly income should be 3 times the monthly rent. 
- Application fees are $40 per adult. 
- Please know that 1 dog will be a $500 non-refundable one time fee, and then $20 monthly. Limit of 1 dog allowed. We only allow dogs that are 30lbs and under. Cats are not allowed. No exceptions.
