There is a covered deck on the front of the cabin where you can relax, drink your morning coffee or sip wine after a long day.

A rental application is required for each adult 18 years or older before scheduling a showing to ensure only qualified tenants are being shown the property. 
Rental Qualifications:
The total monthly household income must be 2.5 times the monthly applicable rent. 
Tenants must have a minimum of 1 year of clean, verifiable rental history
A credit score of 600 or less will require an additional deposit, but must still be clean with no dings or negative credit. Any negative dings on credit report are grounds for application denial.
Any past evictions are ground for immediate rejection
