That's it.... That's the description. 
OK *sigh*.. I get it. 
OK So this is a house. You and 2-3 of your completely and undeniably responsible friends move in. Eat. Sleep. Study. Graduate with honors or whatever. In the meantime, if something attached to the house breaks or leaks, call me and I'll send someone to fix it. 
And that's about it. Of course there's the legal stuff that happens before moving in.
If you've read this far I know you've gotta real sweet sense of humor and you don't place any value on your personal time! ;)
The real description....
The downstairs is all hard surface, no carpet...mostly hardwood. It's pretty open and there's plenty of space. The utility room is fairly large also and leads out to the back covered porch. The kitchen is furnished with a cook stove, fridge, and a dishwasher. We have an open walk through study room that leads to the living room. The bedrooms are fairly large and so are the closets. The bathroom has a double sink vanity. Yes, it's as awesome as you envision.
Probably the coolest thing about this house, aside from it being a very short walk from Bethel, is that the upstairs has it's own living space. It has it's own apartment upstairs. HOW COOL!?! 
The Livingroom doubles as a bedroom that is open to the kitchen. If you don't want to disturb everyone downstairs when you want to step outside, you have an exterior door and steps leading straight to your parked vehicle below.
Quickly.... go back upstairs!
The living room/bedroom is open to the kitchen. And yes... It has another fridge and cook stove with cabinets and all of that. Oh and by the way, this probably really IS the sweetest thing... the 2nd bathroom is upstairs too... so no tumbling down the stairs at night when ya really need to GO!
