All campers have access to the Condo Association common elements, such as pool, library, game room, mini putt-putt course, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and more. This campsite is at a Condo Association, Rules and Regulations apply and must be acknowledged and followed by campers. Pets are allowed but must be on leash at all times. Card payment processing available with 3%. Refunded card payments within two weeks of lease start subject to $10 non-refundable withholding. Full refund available for: daily rental until 2 weeks prior to start; weekly rental until 2 weeks prior to start; and monthly rental until 1 month (30 days) prior to start.
