CREDIT SCORE: Applicants should have an average credit score of 700 or above with a history of on time payments.
REFERENCES: Applicants must have good rental references. We send out a reference request as a first step so please provide accurate contact information.
EVICTIONS: No history of evictions.
CO-SIGNERS: No co-signers or guarantors for this property
HOLDING A PROPERTY: We hold properties for 2 weeks from the date of approval so applicants must be willing to start a lease within that time frame.
