The 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m) quarterback was drafted from Cornell University in the 1964 NFL draft by the New York Giants in the eighth round. In his time in the NFL, Wood had a career completion percentage of 46.5%, as well as a passer rating of 54.5.[1]
