Designated washer and dryer for apartment in basement (free). 
Parking includes one free driveway spot and permitted street parking (I believe it’s $10 per year for street parking permit). 
Landlord is a firefighter and is very kind / easy to deal with. Downstairs neighbors are couple in their 30s and very chill / quiet / friendly. 
Utilities not included. Heat is natural gas (gas and electric both National Grid).
