Downstairs is the master suite with walk-in closet (note: 75 high ceiling in the closet so may not be suitable for tall people). 
The aforementioned office space that could also function as a nursery for an infant or small child. Full bathroom downstairs is conveniently right off of the pool area. The house also features ample storage in the basement, and energy-efficient solar panels to help offset electricity costs.
