Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-9pm 7 days a week.

This modern one bedroom apartment is situated in the vibrant East Side, one of the most walkable and friendly neighborhoods in the city. With the Fiserv Forum and downtown attractions easily accessible, this is an ideal location whether youre in town for business or pleasure. The space is cozy, contemporary, and outfitted with every convenience in mind—including a private balcony, in-unit laundry, and a 24-hour fitness center—allowing you to feel right at home.
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St, Jefferson St, Pleasant St, and the west side of Water St, but not allowed on east side of Water St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isnt enforced). They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. Requirements:
1. Agree to our House Rules
2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
