This is a furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony with a view facing east towards the Griffith Park observatory. Your future neighbors will be an eclectic mix of working-class professionals, students, & singles. The building also has a laundromat and onsite maintenance.
You will be sharing the common areas such as the kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room with me. The room currently has a full-size bed with a plush mattress and linen rack. The room itself is actually a large den that has its own bathroom. Because it does not have an actual door, I installed a curtain room divider to increase privacy.
