There is a small yard and garden space. Street parking is residential permit only (guest passes are available) and there is a parking spot dedicated to the house. The home is small and cozy, but features tons of storage space in the many closets and a crawl space under the house (its a crawl space, but you can stand up down there). Enjoy a short walk into downtown Manitou for dinner and drinks, or a long walk to the top of Pikes Peak - right from your front door (no driving needed!). I will cover the trash and recycling.
