As a property management company, our job is to make our landlords’ lives easier. But we know that we can only do that by building good relationships with you—our tenants. And we know that good relationships require transparency, clear expectations, and compassion. Our best-case scenario is a tenant who rents, moves out happy, and gets their full deposit back; that’s a win-win situation all around.

Application fee is $45 per adult. We typically require credit score of 601+, two rental references, income 2.5 times the rent per month, rental references, and a full background check.
