What started as a one-man team led by Noah Ostroff in 2010 has become a full-service organization with 30+ agents, property managers, and an experienced in-house operations group that supports all types of real estate transactions. In 2017, PhillyLiving acquired the largest real estate rental brokerage in Philadelphia, the Philly Apartment Company, which has leased 15,000 properties to date. Most recently in 2020, a new division of PhillyLiving called PhillyLiving Management Group was formed to expand the business in the area of property management.

Additional highlights include hardwood floors, vaulted living room ceiling with skylight and a spacious private deck. The washer/dryer is located in the building, is free and shared with one other unit. Renters pay for gas and electricity. Pets under 35lbs are welcome with an additional $25 pet rent per month (if there are 2 pets it will be $40) and a pet deposit of $250 ($500 for 2), refundable if no damage is done by the pet(s).
