Luxurious 3BR/2ba mobile home with detached 2-car garage in a beautiful country setting, surrounded only by green space and farmland (yet only a 15-minute drive to Coralville or Iowa City). Unit has its own LP tank, septic, and well; tenant is responsible for their own propane usage, the propane will be full upon move in, and the tenant is responsible for making sure the unit is full once you move out as well. 
1 regular-sized bathroom with regular bathtub; the other bathroom features both a standing shower AND a large corner Jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a double sink vanity. This home is equipped with a newer washer and dryer and all appliances in the kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave). 
The walls are painted in a tasteful mix of relaxing tones and lively accent colors. The flooring in the common areas is recently updated laminate wood flooring, while the bedrooms feature well cared-for carpet. 
Eat-in kitchen with room for a dining table. Large front porch with enough room to set out patio furniture and enjoy the gorgeous scenery! This property has a huge amount of yard space (no fence). A built in fire pit, and the other property on the farmstead has a large fenced in garden space that you share with those tenants, if interested. 
*Tenants are responsible for mowing and taking care of the property, but the owner provides a mower and equipment to use on site in the machine shed.
*Tenant pays propane, electricity and trash, and the tenant is responsible for snow removal.
