$350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income
--Good Rental Reference for at least 2 years or past home ownership. (If not, you will be required to pay a higher than 1-month deposit, but all previous landlords must be paid in full)
--We will conduct a Background Check and Credit Check for each person on the application. (Criminal history does not automatically disqualify you. Previous Evictions outside of Covid mandates and Outstanding Debts to any Landlords are grounds for denial of an application.)
--To qualify your credit score has to be 600 or better.
