1000 W 3rd is a massive 5 bedroom house. On the main floor you have the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a second living room, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The stairs going upstairs are very wide, so getting furniture up and down the stairs should not be all that difficult. There is a two stall attached garage. The garage is also deeper than your average garage for storage, or tool purposed. The back yard in fenced in with lots of shade provided from the house and surrounding trees.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
