618 S Edmunds is a 2 bedroom house. First when you walk in the door is the living room. Both bedrooms are off the living room. Next is the kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Next is the bathroom with a tub shower combination. This house has a nice basement but it is not finished. The basement is where the laundry is located. 
The house has a large back yard with a small shed to hold lawn tools. 
Pet deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities which is water, sewer, and garbage through the City of Mitchell. The gas and electric supplier is NorthWestern Energy. Internet and cable is to be throuhg Midco.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease (Lease automatically canceled if not signed and deposit paid within 48 hours)
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
