Welcome to Fort Tar Lofts, a boutique-style apartment community located on the borders of Ghent, where you can enjoy the finest city living experience! Our property is situated within the limits of the Norfolk Arts District and is housed in Virginia's oldest auto dealership, F.A. Roethke DeSoto, built in 1915.
