The townhouse is conveniently located close to LANL and downtown and has off-street parking directly in front of the unit. It also offers an easy exit to Santa Fe! Most units in the complex are occupied by LANL employees, offering a safe, family-friendly environment.
The two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath are downstairs. The living room opens to a fenced, furnished patio. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware you need for cooking a real meal. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a day bed with a roll-out bed. Portable air conditioner and ceiling fans keep home comfortable in summer. 
For LANL reimbursement we provide an invoice and a short term lease agreement. Please note, there is also a $150 cleaning fee per stay, not covered by LANL.
Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Dogs cleaning fee is $125 - $200 depending on the breed and the length of stay.
