Qualifications:
-Must provide ALL income and Verify per the USDA. You must be placed on a waitlist. In order to be placed on the waitlist you must fill our Waitlist Application. 

-Perform a credit and background check - Credit Score of 515 and Criminal. 

When filling out your application provide all income, if you do not have any income you will not qualify. You will be asked for Bank Statements, Medical expense, Pharmacy expense.
