The home is roughly 1,700 square ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 living room, and a gorgeous view from the back porch with a nice walking trail behind the house. You would have access to a fully functional kitchen, living room, stackable washer/dryer, backyard with a view, and a portion of the refrigerator and pantry.
A safe dedicated parking space in the driveway will be provided with limited room in the garage to store a few boxes or items. 
Rent is $800 per month and includes utilities (waste/water, internet, gas, and electricity).
Prefer to start out with a 6-month lease agreement with the option to extend it for a longer period should things work out. Open to shorter lease agreements as well. A $250 refundable deposit will be required upon signing a lease. 
Will use a professional screening service to conduct background check, credit report, and eviction history. Small screening fee to be paid by renter.
