Full use of home and privacy screened pool. Room is furnished but can be un. Walk to beach and river, with entrances to both at end of street, and parking. Peaceful, clean, quiet home, neighborhood, and owner/housemate. Roku tvs and Wi-Fi in all rooms. Ranch style, bedrooms on opposite side of house with open floor plan in middle. Bought and remodeled 2016. Private bathroom. Month to month lease with option to stay long term. 
No pets, felons, alcoholics, guests, or drama.

I am a pet sitter (Hart’s Pet Sitting) and sometimes have a dog or two here but will pet sit at their house if possible or keep them my side of the house/yard if need be.
This house has a huge solar heated pool in back with screen enclosure which I added some privacy screens to. 
I need a single female roommate so I’m more comfortable in my own home, that loves dogs and preferably has some experience with them.
