-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility fee of $500/month (prorated when applicable) will be due and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
