The home features all the familiar Wright-style hallmarks, such as Cherokee red heated concrete floors, clerestory windows, glass-on-glass corners, many built in cabinets and bookshelves, huge fireplace, cut-out patterns in brick wall of kitchen, recessed ceiling lighting, skylights, mahogany paneling, teak flooring, two-car carport, and more. Thoughtful design links indoor and outdoor spaces, and the home is positioned to create a private experience with the illusion of being in remote forest, with no neighbors visible from inside the home. There is a large finished basement with deep window wells that provide lots of light. The basement has a laundry room, ping pong table, high-top table with chairs, and comfortable large-screen TV viewing area. 
 
The Ann Arbor Hills neighborhood is one of the safest, most beautiful and desirable in Ann Arbor, within the Burns Park, Tappan and Huron school districts, and a five-minute drive or 20-minute walk to campus.
