QUALIFICATIONS: Credit score 620+, income 2.5+ times the rent, and a favorable landlord reference. No animals and no smoking allowed. 6-month and 1 year leases available on certain units. LOCKBOX USAGE: Get your code from the automated system (either via email or text). Enter your code, press enter, gently pull open face panel to obtain keys. Remember to lock doors and put keys back in the lockbox when done. Phone calls will be returned Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.
