Hi Everyone! Because one of our roommates is leaving early, were looking for a new roommate for a sub-lease take over, with an option for a one year lease afterwards. We are within a short 3-4 minute bus ride away from the Malden Center Station on the Orange T Line. Our apartment unit is located in a quiet neighborhood right off of Fellsway West and Pleasant Street in Malden, and offers a variety of local amenities including a Target, restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores, salons, the Fellsmere Pond and the Middlesex Fells Reservation for hiking enthusiasts. About Us: Im a working professional in the defense industry who enjoys a tidy and calm living space, but also the occasional board game night, movie night, potluck or a few rounds of pool with friends. I share the apartment unit with a couple of others who are in warehouse work and public transportation. We are in our 20s and 30s. We value active communication, integrity and a clean living space, and we are looking for someone who shares those same values.
