Private ROOM with shared bathroom is FOR RENT IN MAGNA, UTAH.
I have 1 bedroom available for rent on the 2nd level of my house with a shared bathroom (bathroom is only shared between the 2 tenants that would be staying in the second level 2 rooms). The house has total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement 2 rooms with private bathroom is currently being rented by 1 male (age range 20-30 years old). The large room with mirror is being rented by 1 female (in early 20s). House is NOT FURNISHED, one of the tenants kept their TV, couch, dinning table in the common area. House comes with fridge, stove and oven. Washer and Dryer hookups are not available. Those are located in the basement private space, so the access is not guaranteed, it depends on the tenant renting the basement space. 
Asking $450 for the small private room
1 month security deposit, which would be same as the monthly rent $450.
Monthly rent DOES NOT include utilities. Utilities has to be paid by the tenants. Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Waste and Recycle, Internet, TV, Cable or any other utilities are not included with the RENT. 
$100 fee per person is collected every month towards potential utility bills. Total bills are evaluated at the end of every year. If you consume more you have to pay more or you costume less you will get the money back. 
$150 Utilities Deposit needed before moving in. 
Maximum occupants in the house would be 3-4 people- Basement maximum is 2 people but currently being rented by 1 person, this could change anytime to 2 people. 
2nd level maximum 2 people between the 2 rooms, exceptions could be made for families with a kid/s.
Pets are considered case to case basis, cant guarantee approval.
A non-refundable $55 application fee is charged for application processing and we will do extensive background check. 
Open for 6 months and 12 months leases. 
No TV, Internet, Phone, Cable provided in this flat fee.
