I am a business professional that is well organized, friendly, positive & respectful. I work from home full time but my office is in my bedroom so it wont affect the common areas. I work regular hours but most of the time my day can run into the evening. For this reason I do value privacy & quiet time durning the week
In my free time, I love going to local events,festivals, hiking, golfing, playing pool & spending time with my family that live next door. 
Ideal roommate would be clean, non- smoker of any kind (includes no 420 &/or vape pens), who might occasional want to share a meal or go for a walk to grab coffee. Which bonus - starbucks is very close to this property.
