Our house is a 4 bedroom & 3.5 bathroom duplex structure. The house has a spacious drawing room with a fireplace and living room opening into backyard via four 10 foot glass sliding doors. Open floor plan area downstairs provides a non obstructive continues space across kitchen, dining room, living room and foyer.

The house is in a very calm entirely residential area with only single family homes. Sherman oaks galleria is a short 10 minute walk and the many shops and restaurants on Ventura are very accessible.
