Players Club requires 7 days after full application submitted for approval- guest membership available until membership transfer is complete. Therefore, an instant booking will require a minimum of 4 days plus say 2 days to prepare the application before HOA approval.
• Minimum Stay: 30-day rental minimum, with a preference for 60 days or longer.
• Availability: February and March 2025 are already booked. Premium months are available from November 11 through January 31, 2025, and from April 1, 2025, through the end of the year.
• Cleaning: Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning available at additional cost.
