LEASE TERMS:
There is a one month security deposit and first months rent required before taking possession of the property. Pets, or smokers are not allowed. Interested renters must submit an application that will include a background and income verification check.
The lease includes Electric utilities, Gas Utilities for the tankless water heater, water, sewage and 2x per week garbage pick-up in the monthly lease costs. WiFi is NOT included - the apartment is wired for MediaOne and Consolidated, but youll need to sign-up for your own service or use your own hotspot.
