ROOMMATE NEEDED for 2 rooms available in a small house in linden. Shared 2 car garage space. I have 3 cats, 2 little chihuahua sized dogs and 2 chickens. I'm Ok if you have a dog but it has to be chill and kind, as my doggos are quiet and older. No cats though. Backyard (shared with 2 chickens lol). Basement bar area with additional storage. 
No smoking inside unless vaping. Washer and dryer on premises. security alarm.
Rent would be 600$ a month all bills would be split half. House is fully finished and all will be shared. I have a twin bed and dresser if you need this for your room. 
Background check will be required which is $55. I would prefer a yearly lease but I am also open to short term as well. Let me know if addle info is needed.
