Each floor has a full bath—a shower on the first floor and a tub/shower combination on the second. Each of the three bedrooms has a work area (if you must), But there are plenty of enjoyable features both inside and out for times that you want to play. 
Two-level deck—Gas bar-b-que and outdoor table for 6 on one level, and a hot tub on the other level. Various balconies for enjoying the quiet of the outdoors. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property, where you will find a hand-built stone fire pit, some stone sculpture, a two-person swing, and little trails that take you all over the property where you can enjoy the landscaping and the natural stone wall formation you will find in the backyard.
The large master bedroom on the second floor holds a queen bed and a separate single—there is even a toddler bed just in case. And, of course, we do have a Pack ‘n Play should you need a crib. 
The second bedroom has a king bed- the third bedroom has a queen bed--and both have a view to the yard.
Climate control is thoughtful, too. There is a split system for air conditioning and heat (units in each room) and a vintage wood stove for an extra cozy, living-in-the-mountains feel. The kitchen has touches of vintage, but all the modern conveniences are there. (Our list of amenities is below.)
