Each space has its own high efficient heater for zonal heating control.
The private entrance is accessible through the video keypad controlled garage door. The front door of your unit also has its own smart lock for a second layer of security!
Youll have in-unit washer dryer, induction cooktop, and large capacity Ninja brand toaster oven (you can cook a casserole/rotisserie chicken in this thing!)
Sufficient lighting throughout brightens the space and gives a warm feel- this doesnt feel like your typical basement unit.
Towels, sheets, dishes all included. Ample street parking available, no off street parking provided.
