Studio is in the back of the house and has private pool entrance with security door and direct access to pool and patio. This studio is so cute, equipped with full bathroom including soaking tub. Kitchenette has recently been remodeled with new A/C, refrigerator, new double induction cook top, air fryer/ oven and new paint. This is a great, safe place to live! Pool Studio is rarely available and is usually leased for years because tenants love living here. This house is very peaceful and quiet and is not a party house! It offers a lovely retreat in the back yard including a pool, patio and lounge chairs for sun bathing and a bbq, table with umbrella and chairs for picnicing. We also have a fire pit to enjoy while roasting marshmallows or just relaxing! Amenities include new air conditioning, heat, washer, dryer and cox high speed internet.
