Having friends over for social events is understood will happen and is encouraged (socials, backyard BBQs, television / sporting event/parties, game night, cards/board games, normal drinking, etc.), in this great home for entertaining, however if you are looking for a party house, or a place to do heavy drinking or any illegal drugs, or a place to have your friends couch surf, please keep looking, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! In addition, NOT a 420 friendly house.
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi remodeled canyon home that you would be renting a room in, with shared house privileges.
