Once your application has been approved and you have been offered the property we will draw up a lease agreement, and within 24 hours tenant must sign and pay security deposit, otherwise we will offer it to the next applicant. The Application/Processing Fee

Tenant Residential Liability Insurance Required – If Tenant fails to provide Landlord written proof of Tenant Liability Insurance (within 7 days of move in) or renewal certificate, Landlord is authorized to purchase Landlord's Required Resident Liability insurance policy (“LRRL”) on behalf of the Tenant and the cost of the insurance and processing fee will be charged to the Tenant and included in the monthly rent. LRRL is designed to fulfill the insurance requirement of the Lease Agreement.
